10 healthy tips to increase vitality and spiritual awareness

Try these simple techniques as home remedy, your body mind and soul will be smiling.

The key to have vitality and live longer is to prevent your body from getting sick naturally.

Remember to only give your body the best quality water, food, thoughts and environment.

Practice these steps every day!

1 – Wake up with a glass of water beside the bed, and drink 7 more during the day.

2 – Make a wish the violet flame of Saint-Germain to transmute all the imperfections and connect to your presence, “I Am” and the presence “I Am” of all mankind.

3 – Make 3 stretching exercise to move the “Qi” energy in the chest and improve lung, heart and brain function. Standing position with feet apart and hands up. Hold this position for two breaths. It will bring heat to your heart and improve any emotional stagnation you may be experiencing.

Inhale the breath of love, hold the breath of love in, exhale and expand to others around you then hold the breath of love out to project love from your heart center to all life around you.

4 – Brush the skin of the body with a dry sponge before the bath to eliminate toxins and heavy metals and to facilitate the lymphatic drainage.  This is the best natural moisturizer that we have.

5 – Next, mix 2 drops each of essential oil: lavender, bergamot and orange with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or sweet almond. Place a small amount into palm of hand and deep breathing with closed mouth, massaging his chest and belly.

6 – Apply Shiatsu pressure to the points: ST36 below the knee in the outer side of the leg,  SP6 above the ankle joint in the inner side of the leg and CV6 two cm below the navel twice a day. It helps to maintain the health of the liver, stomach, kidneys, reproductive glands and the immune system.

7- Drink lemon tea on an empty stomach.  Add one quart of lemon including the skin, 1 cup (0.24 l) of boiling water and 1 teaspoon of honey.

8 – Drink vegetable smoothie. Blend one kale leaf, a cup of spinach, 5 strawberries, 2 thinly sliced pineapple, one tablespoon of flax or chia seed, a glass of apple cider and a half glass of water.

9 – Eat organic food only! Eat an apple a day preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Put a little cinnamon to aid digestion.

10- Stay in the sun for 15 minutes every day, exposing at least 1/3 of the skin of the body to increase Vit D and bring vitality.
